Over the years footballers were got for a huge amount but failed very badly indeed. 1) Fernando Torres joined Chelsea from Liverpool for 50 million pounds.But scored 20 goals only. 2)Juan Sebastin Veron, joined Manchester United from Lazio, for 28.1 million pounds.But flopped so so he was sold to Chelea where he flopped again. 3)Andrei Shevchenko joined Chelsea from A.C.Milan for 30 .8 million pounds. But failed to shine like he did at Milan. 4)Bebe. Joined Manchester United from Portugal,for 7 million pounds, but failed to score a goal. 5)Stuart Downing was got for 20 million pounds. But failed terribely. 6)Jonathan Woodgate was got for13 million pounds, but was always injured at Real Madrid. 7) Michael Owen joined Newcastle united from Real Madrid for 16 million pounds , but scored 26 goals in four years. 8) Andy Carrol joined Liverpool from Newcastle United for 35 million pounds but was a super flop , he now plays at West Ham United, he is out for four months again injured.

JOSE MOURINHO REJECTS CHELSEA JOB.

Jose Mourinho the Real Madrid coach, and former Chelsea coach , has now rejected the job as the coach of Chelsea.
He was expected to join but things between Mourinho turned sour back in 2005.
That year Roman Abromivic decided he wanted Shevchenko in Chelsea for a record then, but he was a failure.This year he brought Fernando Torres , from Liverpool for 50 million pounds, he scored only one goal.Even though Carlo Anchelotti did not want Torres.
As long as Roman Abrohimovic decides which player is wanted, he will find it hard to get a good coach.
And now that Jorge Valdano has been removed from Real Madrid, Mourinho has a freer hand at the club.

JUVENTUS WANT FERNANDO TORRES.

The Italian football giants Juventus, called The Old Lady Of Turin. Have made it clear that they want the Spanish striker Fernando Torres, who plays his club football with Liverpool in England.
The reason is that the strikers at Juventus are on the verge of retirement, and their darling Alesandro del Piero who is 35 years old will not play for much longer.
After the sacking of Roy Hodgson, Fernando Torres has told his agent to find him a club at his earliest, even if he can find one in the january transfer window.
Juventus have decided to offer Liverpool 45 million pounds. But the question is will Liverpool let go of Torres in the summer.

LIVERPOOL VERSES EVERTON ON 27/9/2008

The match between Liverpool and Everton, which was played on 27/9/2008. This game turned out to be a complete one sided game, so one sided was the game that the Liverpool goalkeeper Jose Pepe Reina just did not touch the ball in the entire game, leave alone making a save.
For Liverpool both Steven Gerrard and Fernando Torres, the EL NINO TheKID both returned from injury.
The game had to wait for the second half play for the first goal to be scored by Torres who also added a second goal and he opened his account for this season.
The referee for the game was none other then the illfamous Mike Riley, the ever contreversial Mike Riley. In the second half he showed a straight red card to the Australian , Everton player Tim Cahil when all the comentators repestedly said along with the T.V comentators that a good talking and yellow card should have been shown. So once again Mike Riley has spoilt a game .
