THE EMIRATE STADIUM COSTS 390 MILLION POUNDS TO BUILD , BUT PLAYERS WERE SOLD .

When Arsenal moved from their old Stadium at Higbury to their larger stadium called THE EMIRATES STADIUM. Now to build a over 60,000 seater stadium cost a total of three hundred and ninety million pounds.It was taken on a loan. So Arsenal had to sell their players to generate those funds. Barcelona and Manchester City were the clubs that mainly brought the players from Arsenal, .Barcelona brought players worth 135 million pounds.The players are mentioned below. 1)Theirry Henry. 2) Marc Overmars. 3)Emmanuel Petit. 4)Alexander Hlep. 5)Giovani Bronchurst 6) Cesc Fabregas. Alexander Song was also sold to Barcelona much later after the money was all paid up. And some were sold to Manchester City. 1)Emmanuel Adebayor 25 Million. 2)Samir Nasri. 24 Million pounds.Gael Clichy 7 million pounds. 3)Kolo Toure. 16 Million Pounds. And Robin Van Persie was sold to Manchester United for 24 Million Pounds. And these players are valued at 96 million pounds. So in other words Barcelona have paid135 million pounds for Arsenal players or34.60 percent of the money. And Arsenal have paid255 million pounds or 65.4 percent of the money.
