JULIO CAESAR TO JOIN EITHER ARSENAL OR A.C.MILAN.
Julio Caesar the 33 year old Brazilian goalkeeper who played for Brazil, Inter Milan and now finds himself with relegated club Queen Park Rangers.And he will move for sure either to Arsenal or A.C.Milan in Italy.
As both are footballing giants and have played champion league matches regularly , it would be a good move for him.
But Julio Caesar admitted that he had rejected Arsenal last year for Queen Park Rangers, and now sees his big blunder.
