The 2011/ 2012 E.P.L. title was supposed to be a very tight race between Manchester United, Chelsea Arsenal and the rich Manchester City club. Who just brought the players at huge amounts.
Arsenal had a lot of injuries and at one time they were seventeenth in the table, and fans were after Wengers head.So did Manchester United , have their own injury worries.But on the other hand Manchester City had no injury worries.They were on top and they were so sure of winning their title , they claimed to be the invincible s . But that all changed during the African cup of nations when the Toure brothers were absent.Then Vincent Kompany was injured and their wheels fell of. They lost matches then.But the biggest culprit for the loss of the titles in all were Carlos Tevez and Mario Bolotelli.Tevez flew to Argentina in exile, Balotteli had a few red cards.This lead to their big fall, No Champion League, E.P.L.F.A. Cup, Carling Cup or Europea League either trophiless year after spending millions a, and a loss of 195 million pounds for 2010,11.

MANCINI BLAMES ROONEY FOR THE RED CARD.
Roberto Mancini blames Wayne Rooney for the straight red card shown to Vincent Kompany, this means as it is a straight red card and his second red card he will miss four matches , and not three.
Early in the match Kompany made a two legged lunge on Luis Nani, with studs showing, yes he did get the ball . But as he is a big man and all studs were seen a red card was correct. Rooney had no part in it at all.

With both the Toure brothers in Africa for the African cup of Nations, for five weeks.

CITY FINE KOLO TOURE THREE WEEKS WAGES.
According to the DAILY MIRROR. Manchester City have decided to fine Kolo Toure three weeks wages , for failing a drug test.He was punished with a six month ban , he did not get a longer one of a yer or more, as it was thought that the mistake of taking his wife's slimming tablet was a genuine mistake, and his record at Arsenal was also clear.
But Gordon Taylor the head of the P.F.A, finds it very strange fining him after he had already served his six month ban.
The F.A could come in the picture, as a club can only fine a player two months wages and not three months. The fine of Carlos Tevez was cut from four weeks wages to two weeks wages.
City wanted to fine Kolo Toure 360,000 pounds.

KOLO TOURE TESTS POSITIVE.
Kolo Toure has tested positive,and the F.A will now wait and see for the result of the B, Test and if that to is positive , he can very well expect a long ban, even a two year ban from all football.
Kolo Toure joined Manchester City from Arsenal for roughly 16 million pounds, and now gets a weekly salary of 120,000 pounds.But now he has lost the captaincy to Carlos Tevez, and his place as well in the team to Vincent Kompany.
Now all will depend on his second test, at 29 years of age,he may not play in a Manchester City jersey for a long time.He has let the club and fans down very, very badly.
