There have been several stories going about in THE MEDIA, that Barcelona are going to spend big money bnext yar in the summer transfer window and buy the Brazilian striker Neymar from the French club P.S.G. But that is not going to happen at any cost, as Barcelona have a vey ge wage bill and their bylaws clearly says that Barcelona can only spend a total of 70, seventy percentof theiryearly income on the wages of their players. During this summer window they sold Malcolm and Jasper Cillessen and Andrea Gomes , and plan to sell Ivan Rakitic and others as well to generate funds to a sum of 100 a hundred million pounds , then only can they balance their books. So ther is no question of Barcelona spnding two hundred million Pounds on buying Neymar again, his weekly wages are huge. And Barcelona have given Philippe Coutinho to Bayern Munich on a year long loan with Bayern Munich paying his huge weekly salary as well, and the loandal can be made permanent next year. And indeed if Ansuane Fati continues to play well at Barcelona then Neymar's wish to re-join Barcelona will well and truly over.

ARSENAL DROPPED THE LOAN DEAL FOR MALCOLM FROM BARCELONA..

Now Yerry Mina had a bad season after joining Barcelona, and Barcelona were willing to either sell him , and add a buy back clause in his contract, or even give him out on a loan . Barcelona wanted to clear out some none European Union players, so Barcelona have sold Paulinho, and made Philippe Coutinho apply for a Portuguese passport , as his wife Aina is from Portugal, he has now got his Portuguese passport and Barcelona have brought the Brazilian Malcolm, from Bordeaux.
