 But Manchester United changed their minds and dropped the deal.

 Ad Barcelona could not get money to buy the Dutch striker Memphis Depay. .

 Now Lyon was selling their ditch striker for a cut out price of just 23, twenty three million pounds, .

 Barcelona are so hard up  due to the carona virus tat they did not have the money to pay Lyon.
