WHO IS RAMON RODRIGUEZ VERDVEJO, BETTER KNOWN AS MON CHI>

 Ramon Rodriguez Vervedjo   is better known in the football world as Monchi, he played twelve years for Seville, mainly as a back up goalkeeper for Seville .He has made a name as the sporting director of Seville.

His policy is correct buy players cheap and sell them for big money later on. A method used by Arsene Wenger and Johan Cruyff.  at Arsenal and Ajax..

 Two examples he got the Brazilian Dani Alves, from the Brazilian club Bahia, for a small amount of 500,000, five  hundred thousand pounds, but he sold him Barcelona for 28,. twenty eight million pounds he was the best left back in the world. The Croatian Ivan Rakitic was got from Schalke, for 2.5 million pounds. and sold him to Barcelona for a sum of 20, twenty million Euros, but tey brought him back for 1.5 million Euros.

He has won two Copa Del Rey cups, two U.E.F.A cups and four Europa Leagues.

 In  2017 he left for two years with A.S. Roma., he then returned to Seville. In all these years he has made 200 two hundred million pounds.

BOTH MONCHI AND MARC OVERMARS REJECT THE SPORTING DIRECTORS POST AT ARSENAL.

Arsenal were looking for a new sporting director at Arsenal, since the German Sven Minlastat eft Arsenal after 14 , fourteen months only. There were two names shortlisted by Arsenal for this post , and they were the Spaniard Monchi and the former Dutch winger Marc Overmars who played for Arsenal., and is the sporting director at Ajax, while Monchi , was the sporting director of the Italian club A.S. Roma, he has now resigned from A.S. Roma, and has decided to reject the Arsenal offer and to sign up with his former club in Spain, Seville. Now it looks like Marc Overmars has also rejected the offer from Arsenal as their Sporting Director, and n fact Marc Overmars will sign up a new contract with Ajax soon. The real problem here at Arsenal is the money, as the budget for the summer transfer window is only 45, forty five million pounds peanuts I will say.

ARSENAL HAVE CHOSEN MONCHI AS THEIR NEW SPORTING DIRECTOR.

Arsenal have now agreed to sign up their new sporting Director , and he is named Mr Monchi, he was he former Sporting Director of the Spanish club , when Unai Emery was the manager of Seville , and together they won the EUROPA LEAGUE , three years in a row. Monchi was then for a while the Sporting Director at the Italian club from Rome called A.S.Rome. At A.S. Roma he brought young and talented players like Justin Kluivert , the son of the former Dutch and Barcelona striker Patrick Kluivert, as well as Javier Pastore. He will take the p[lace of the former Sporting Director Sven Mislintat , who left Arsenal recently. But Monchi will only sign up for Arsenal in the Summer transfer window., but the very good point here is that Arsenal will not have to pay any compensation to A.S. Roma, as his contract will expire in the summer.
