2012 AFRICAN CUP OF NATIONS FINAL.

The 2012 African Cup Of Nations was a good one ,with some youngsters and underdogs giving us a big surprise. The biggest shock of the tournament was the final itself.
The final was played between Zambia , the underdogs and Ivory Coast.
The Ivory Coast were the hot favorites to win the cup. But Zambia called the Copper Bullets, gave Ivory Coast, called the Elephants the shock of their lives.
The much experienced Elephant players with huge stars like Dider Drogba, Kolo Toure and yaya Toure, Emmanuel Eboue with E.P.L experience should have won it with ease.
But Drogba missed a penalty in the 69 th minute. And after the match ended 0-0 after extra time. During the penalty shoot out Zambia won 8-7. With Gervinho blasting the ball wide, and Kolo Toure having his penalty saved.

WENGER NEARLY BOUGHT YAYA TOURE AT 15 YEARS.

Arsene Wenger the French coach of Arsenal , is well known for locating real young talent. So it was with Yaya Toure the younger brother of Kolo Toure, who was already at Arsenal then.
Wenger called him over to Arsenal for a trial at 15 years , and then he was a average player, the reason being he was a confused player he wanted to play as a second striker, a midfielder and also a defender,so Yaya Toure did not do any justice to his football then.
But at the age of 15 years he could not get a European passport , or at 15 England will not give you a work permit.
Yaya Toure then joined a club in the Ukraine , Barcelona then picked him up , and then sold him to Manchester City.
By the way Ardene Wenger could not buy Petr Cech the Czech Republic goalkeeper , as he to could not get a work permit.

REFREE MARK CLATENBURG IS A IDIOT.

Re free Mark Clatenburg is a absolute blind idiot. In the match between Chelsea and Manchester City , it was a very big match. But the Manchester City midfielder from the Ivory Coast was seen by the referee to kick Juan Mata from Chelsea on the legs.Now kicking a player or using the arm in hitting is a red card offense. We have the two cases of Wayne Rooney who kicked a player from Montenegro in the leg in the Euro qualifiers. He got a straight red card , and was to miss three Euro matches but it was reduced to two matches . As U.E.F.A had in 2008 4reduced the three matches to two for the Russian Andrei Arshavin.So as Mark Clatenburg admits he did see Yaya Toure kicking Mata but failed to even show a yellow card, shame on the English F.A.for not knowing the rules of football.It now clearly seen that Manchester City is paying the F.A. to win their titles.

CITY PLAYERS SHOULD NOT BOAST.

Manchester City players Yaya Toure,Gael Glichy and Joleon Lescot ,have nothing to boast about.Even though they qualified for the Champion league, they could not reach the group of 16 with all their stars help.And spending 900 million pounds, that is almost a billion pounds .No other club spent so much.
Arsenal reached the group of 16 with a game to spare, and one time they were 17th in the table.
:Let me remind you in the mid nineties a club in the E.P.L called Ipswich was promoted and they reached the champion league that very year. But where are they now, which tier we must ask.
If City can be in the Champion League for 15 years and reach at least the quarter finals a few times we can agree then with what they boast about.

HOW THE INVINCIBLES HAVE FALLEN?

Yaya Toure and his big boasts that Manchester City are invincible s was a joke. The truth has dawned on him at last , with a Europa League trophy to play for.

For me the reason for the loss was Ego both Roberto Mancinis and carlos Tevez. There is no father and son relation at Manchester City , like it is with Arsenal and Arsene Wenger.

MANCHESTER CITY HAVE PROBLEM.

Manchester City have a problem, there is mistrust in the camp among the players, Carlos Tevez did not get along well with Roberto Mancini, James Miner and Yaya Toure jad a argument in the tunnel after they lost to Arsenal 3-0 , at half time. Even Emmanuel Adebayor and Kolo Toure have openly said that they have trouble in the club. But Patrick Vieira says that all players have problems. But here players want to leave and want the Italian coach out. Stephen Ireland left as he said the coach does not talk to the players, it is only a club with to much money , and to many players. But mind you Roberto Mancini talks English well.

ROONEY SIGNS A NEW CONTRACT .

Wayne Rooney has signed a new contract at Manchester United. It is a five year contract that will give him a weekly salary of 250,000 pounds a week, the same as Christiano Rinaldo. the big difference is that Christiano Ronaldo is scoring goals at Real Madrid., while Rooney is facing a goal drought he has not scored a single goal from open play for eight months, it came in march.

It was funny, Wayne Rooney did not want to stay in england due to the scandal and the hounding by the press. Alex Ferguson seemed quite sure Rooney would stay.And he said Let us put it to bed tonight, He was very sure about it. This looks all made up to me.

Manchester United had orally agreed to pay Rooney 1,500 pounds a week , and make him the highest paid player after John Terry. But 250,000 a week is to much for a club , who are in 83.6 million pound loss this year. And this high salary does not mean Rooney will score goals.

Manchester city player Yaya Toure gets 185,000 pounds a week, which is the highest in the E.P.L till Rooneys new 250,000 pounds a week.
