The person they have chosen is the big Senegal striker Oumar Niasce , who stands 6.5 feet and plays for Lokomotiv Moscow, he has scored 11 goals in 19 games. But Chelsea are very keen to sign him up , because the Turkish giants Galatasaray want to sign him up as well. And another reason for him to be made a target in january is he is a far cheaper striker then Gonzalo Higuain or Alexander Lazacatte.
