DARREN BENT FROM A 24 MILLION POUND PLAYER TO ONE ON LOAN.

 Darren Bent  the former English striker , who has played for clubs like Ipswich Town, Charlton Atletic , Tottenham Hotspurs , Sunderland  and Aston Villa. And now Fulham on loan.
It has indeed been a long  and eventful journey for Darren Bent, on the way he broke a few records as well in the transfer market, for example he was got for a record 16 million pounds by Tottenham Hotspurs.
 Sunderland had sold him for a record of 24 million pounds to Aston Villa.
 It was at At the Villans and with injuries  he lost his place  in the starting line up.
 He was finally given on loan to Fulham. Now just imagine that  24 million club record to a free loan.

LIVERPOOL WANT DARREN BENT.

Liverpool are keen to get the Aston Villa striker Darren Bent, the reason being that they have scored only 19 goals this season away, and most of their goals have been scored by their Uruguayan striker Luis Suarez, but now as he is banned for eight games which could end up to ten as well.And to make matters worse for for Liverpool , Liverpool paid 35 million pounds to Newcastle for Andy Carroll , but he has scored only five goals.
The Liverpool club will have to cough up a sum of 24 million pounds to buy Darren Bent from Aston Villa, as 24 million pounds was the price Aston Villa paid Sunderland for Bent.

In the match between Sunderland verses Liverpool. A goal was allowed by the referee Mr Jones.When the F.I.F.A law says it should not have been given, instead a dead ball should have been given, as a object entered the pitch in the shape of a a bright red beach ball.The goal came in this manner, when the Sunderland striker Darren Bent kicked the ball and it came of Glen Johnsons foot, it sruck a beach ball before going into the net. So Legally speaking the goal should not have stood.
These referees do not even know the rules, but simply get money for each game by the F.A.

CHELSEA VERSES THE BLACK CATS.

This season Sunderland strengthened their strike force as last year Jones had to work all alone and many goals were missed. So this year they brought Darren Bent from Totnham Hotspurs as he Bent was fond to be a surplus striker , after Robbie Keane returned to Spurs after a short spell at Liverpool, He scored the first goal for Sunderland in the 19th minute. And once again Chelsea were one down like the first game. But the goals for Chelsea came all in the second half. The first was a corner kick from Lampard, Ballack tapped it in for the first goal in the 61st minute, then George McCartney fouled Drogba leading to a penalty, which was scored by Lampard who now equals Jimmy Greaves fifth all time scorer for Chelsea with 132 goals.The third goal was scored by Deco , the playmaker. It ended 3-1 in favour of Chelsea.

THE MATCH OF THE WEEK.

The match between Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur was a classic match and absolutely thrilling game , to the time the final whistle blew.It was a game between the third from the top and the very last from the bottom of the table.
This what makes the game of football all the more exiting , you just cant say who will win the match. This is such a match.
The goal scoring started with the former Arsenal player David Bentley scoring one of his trade mark free kicks and the ball beating the goalkeeper in the 13th minute. Bentley was sold to Blackburn Rovers so that he would get playing practice instead of just sitting on the bench. This has always been Arsen Wengers poloicy that young should get a chance to play.
Arsenal then replied with goals from their French defenders Michael Silvestre who scored in the37th minute, and William Galas who scored in the46th minute, Emanuel Adebayor scored with a header in the 64th minute and the Dutch man Robin Van Persie scored 68 minute ,but then Darren Bent scored in the 67th minute.
When the game stood at 4-2 there was no chance of Arsenal loosing or the game ending in a draw.But then Gail Glichy made a mistake and gave the ball to Jermaine Jenas to score the third goalin the 89th minute. The fans were in for a thriller and the best game of their life, for there were four minutes of injury time at the last minute the ball kicked by Luka Mordic hit the upright post and fell kindly in front of Aron Lennons feet with which hescored the fourth goal, making the score a good 4-4 score.
If anybody had said this type of score was possible under Juande Ramos nobody would have believed it.
