 At Arsenal footballers who have  been wearing jersey number 9,nine have ot done at all well  for Arsenal.

CHELSEA HAVE RLEASED FIVE PLAYERS.

Even considering Chelsea have been facing action from F.I.F.A over signing of under aged players, and so face a transfer ban for two transfer windows, that ids the summer transfer window, the summer transfer window and the winter transfer window. ROBERTO ROSSETTI SAYS THE REFEREES ARE DOING A GOOD JOB.

The Italian referee Roberto Rossetti says that the referees are doing a great job at the F.I.F.A 2010 world cup. But I doubt it very much they are just plain useless and made very bad decissions. The U.S.A. were robbed of a place in the quarter finals verses Ghana . The referee from Mali failed to give Edu a clear goal scored by the U.S.A. The referee was withdrawn by F.I.F.A , if he was doing a god job why did it happen. Rossetti gave a goal to Argentina scored by a header by Carlos Tevez, even when he was a few yards offside.The Uruguan referee and linesman failed to give the frank Lampard goal in the England verses Germany match it can be seen on the newspapers in India as well as the television replay.Only this stupid blind bat Sepp Blatter sits at each match and warms the seat for 90 minutes failed to see it go in. Shame on Blatter and F.I.F.A..They must hang their heads eternally in shame.Had that second goal stood Germanywould not win that match.
So what do you say now Mr Rossetti about the referees?

WENGER WANTS CHANGES AT ARSENAL.

Arsene Wenger wants changes at Arsenal,after a disappointing season in 2009-2010.
The main places needed for change are striker, as Eduardo has never been the same after his leg was broken, and both the goalkeepers were making far to many mistakes and were having butterfingers. He has chosen the Marone chamakh from Bordeaux on a free transfer,but both William Gallas and Sol Cambell are 32 and 35 years, so a new defender is needed. one shortlisted is Gary Cahil of Bolton Wanderers and for goalkeepers post , Wenger has offered Manchester City 9 million pounds for Joe Hart, who has no chance at Manchester city as a goalkeeper aslong as Shay Given is there. And Niclas Bendtner misses many chances some are sitters.,

ARSENAL VERSES STANDARD LIEGE.

The match between Arsenal and Standard Liege was exciting one. Arsenal had their top players absent for this, Andery Arshavin, Denilson, Robin Van Persie, Alumani. and Fabrianski were absent so they had a rookie goalkeeper who was nervous to make his debut in such a big match was understandable ,he shook like a leaf.Standard Liege scored the two goals in ten minutes time , Eduardo tried a fancy back heel pass only to let the ball land gently at Mangalas feet to score the first goal,Eduardo was only playing as a two game ban on him was over turned.The Arsenal fans wished the ban had stood. Then William Gallas brought down Jankovic for a penalty which he scored. Liege thought the game was dead and buried. But Niklas Bendtner scored in the 45th minute and then later on Alexander controled the ball and fell and it hit his arm for Veraemelan to score the equalizer,Liege players apealed long and hard for a handball as well as ofside. But the goal stood. Cometh the hour cometh the villan turned hero Eduardo in the dieing minutes headed the winning goal from Fabregas corner.Arsenal showed spirit to win.

EDUARDO GETS A TWO MATCH BAN.

Eduardo the Brazilian and now a Croatian , but plays his club football for Arsenal. Eduardo was banned by U.E.F.A for two champion league matches. Eduardo dived in the second leg of the champion qualifying match with Celtic, The Spanish referee gave the penalty , he thought that Artur Boruc brought Eduardo down. The U.E.F.A used rule 10/1 C in which it states that a player trying to deceive the offical will be banned for two games. Please kindly note will you that it says nothing of banning the coach , as Stan Collymore and others are after Arsene Wengers blood as well and want long term bans. It can only be two games Mr Stan Collymore.
My Question here is sinnce when did the law exist with U.E.F.A Players in the big clubs have got away scot free , players like Dider Drogba, Luis Figo, and of course Christiano Ronaldo , or do these big clubs like Manchester United, Real Madrid, and Chelsea have a different U.E.F.A rule book Mr Platini. Arsene Wenger wanted a moniter used as they now have it in all sports M r MIchael Platini said that would kill the game, if it had come this year we would not face this problems.
I would like to know why the referees do not consult the linesmen and the fourth referee before giving a penalty. Mr Gonsales defended his decission to give the penalty strongly, as he was wrong , U.E.F.A should bann him for two games as well.But this will never ever happen, as referees are U.E.F.A employees and are paid about 500 pounds per match.

CELTIC VERSES ARSENAL. 26/8/2009.

In the second leg of the champion league qualifying match between Arsenal and Celtic. Here Arsenal took a lead of 2-0 score from their first leg.
In the second leg the goals were scored by Eduardo,in a penalty , where hardly or no contact was made with the Polish goalkeeper Artur Buric, but the Spanish referee gave the penalty , scored by Eduardo, the second goal was scored by Emanuel Eboue and the third was scored by Anreiy Arshavin. Celtic pulled a goal back, it turned out to be a consolation goal , so Arsenal outplayed and outscored Celtic in all fields.
Only the dubious decission and penalty given by the referree spoilt the day.
M. Donatti has said that Eduardo should be banned for two U.E.F.A games .

TOMAS ROSICKY HAS MADE A COMPLETE RECOVERY.

Tomas Rosicky the Czech Republic and Arsenal midfielder who was out injured for over 18 long months with a terrible kneee and hamstring problem, he also underwent three operations on the knee. It was so bad at one time , that both Arsene Wenger and Tomas Rosicky felt that he Rosicky would have to retire for good. But both them would not agree that all was lost and over for Rosicky.
Rosicky has come forward to thank Arsene Wenger and the loyal Gunners fans, and has promised to repay their faith in him , on the football pitch this season. In the game verses Barnett Rosicky played over 70 minutes.
Last season Arsenal missed both Eduardo and Rosicky greatly this year it will be different.

Eduardo the Brazlian born but who plays for Croatia and his club football for Arsenal.
Eduardo made triumphant return to football as last year the Birmingham footballer Martin Taylor broke his leg after stamping on it with all studs showing and got a straight red card. Because of this Eduardo missed the EURO 2008, for Croatia.
In the F.A.cup replay verses Cardiff city. he scored two majestic goals including a well taken penalty with Robin Van Persie and Nicklas Bendtner adding the other goals for Arsenal. Eduardo showed no signs of being rusty at all. .After all he last played for Arsenal 358 days ago..
Eduardo has brought smiles onthe faces of the Arsenal fans and as Emanuel Adeboaor is now injured Eduardocould very well fill those shoes , as well as scoring goals he is a good poacher and finisher of the ball.
So now we can see Arsenal back in the top four clubs and do well in the hampion league again.

TONY ADAMS AT PORTHSMOUTH.

Tony Adams the former Arsenal and England defender , who is now the full time manager of Porthsmouth, after the departure of Harry Redknapp for Tottenham Hotspur. Has now sold Lassana Diarra to the Spanish giants Real Madrid for a total of 20,million pounds. The Spanish club got Diarra to replace a few players who are injured and may have to miss this whole season.
Now Tony Adams wants to buy his former Arsenal team mate , the Brazilian Edu from Valencia in Spain as Edu has a big desire to return to the english premiere league after a few yeaars in Spain.

WHY WAS WAYNE ROONEY LET OF LIGHTLY.

The Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney was not even booked in the Champion League match against the Danish champions Aalborg. In that match Wayne Rooney stamped Kasper Giscard on the chest and the stud marks were clearly visible. But the referee failed to show a yellow card, for there have been times when players have got a straight red card for such an offence.
Let us see what the rule says. The rule clearly state when the studs are shown then a yellow card must be shown as it is dangerous and some one may break a leg. The Arsenal striker Eduardo broke his leg when Taylor stamped him with the studs showing.
But as this match was played at Old Trafford and the rules were quite different I think. The Manchester United players always pounce on the referee , especiallyRio Ferdinand, Michel Carrick and Ryan Giggs.The poor referee then supports the Manchester United players. Even Phil Brown the Hull manager has complained that when Manchester United play with other clubs the referee is always ball watching, and favouring Manchester United.
We in India a country who has never ever qualified for a world cup can see what is happening , which is asad and disgraceful thing for foootball governing bodies.
The U.E.F.A says that Wayne Rooneys incident was an accident, and there will be no further inquiry or fine.
But Taylor also did it by accident nobody goes breaking peoples legs.But Taylor got a straight red card , and Arsene Wenger at that moment afterthe match with Birmingham City said Taylor should never be allowed to play again.But Wenger the gentleman tyhat he is said later it was a pure accident , and those words were said when he was angry.
I often feel that manchesters matches are fixed referees make so many blunders and shamelessly apologise sheepishly next day. They have failed to book Christiano Ronaldo for his dives and to get free kicks and penalties.
