WHEN ROY HODGSON DESTROYED THE CAREER OF ROBERTO CARLOS AT INTER MILAN.

Now Roberto Carlos the famous Real Madrid and Brazilian left back was in the year 1995/1996 playing in Italy with Inter Milan, and Inter Milan was managed by the English manager Roy Hodgson. But sadly Roy Hodgson was on the verge of killing the career of Roberto Carlos. Now every one knows Roberto Carlos has played all his life with both Brazil as well as with Real Madrid as left back. But then Roy Hodgson lost his marbles and demanded that Roberto Carlos play as a midfielder with Inter Milan. Roy Hodgson also said that Roberto Carlos knew nothing whatsoever about Football. Roberto Carlos then asked Inter Milan for a transfer ,and after just one year he went to Sunny Spain with Real Madrid. And what did this Brazilian who knew nothing about football do at Real Madrid. Roberto Carlos played 11, eleven years at Real Madrid, where he also won a total of thirteen major trophies. I wonder howmuch

JOHN TERRY RETIRES FROM NATIONAL TEAM.

John Terry the Chelsea center back , who played a total of 78 times for England , has now announced his retirement fom the English football team. He was a very good player and gave both heart and soul to the game.His last game was against Moldova . In this match he was injured and hobbling around but carried on, as Roy Hodgson described him as a GLADIATOR. But he was a player who was always in the news for something or the other. The main reasons were when he slept with his friend and Chelsea team mates Italian ex wife. The Anton Ferdinand case was another won. Ferdinand accused John Terry of racial abuse , but Terry was cleared by the jury. Now the F.A. want to try him for that crime again. This was the last straw which has now lead to Terry retiring from football for England. My point is how can the F.A try John Terry for a crime where the jury have already tried him, and found him not guilty. He was a great footballer , but there were always questions about him as a man.

HODGSON WAS PAID 7.3 MILLION POUNDS.

Roy Hodgson was paid 7.3 million pounds by Liverpool as compensation, after he was sacked as the Liverpool manager after a period of just six months.Or daily it comes to 45,000 pounds a day

It is a huge amount for a club these days.

But what I failed to understand is why hire him when Liverpool always wanted Kenny Dalgalish from the start, and he was a free man to do the job, Hodgson was booted out of Liverpool sadly by the players who refused to play well, so he would be sacked.

THE L.M.A SAYS DO NOT MAKE MANAGERS SCAPEGOATS.

The League for Managers Association, have said it s not fair to make managers as scapegoats, if the team fails to deliver on the pitch. It takes time for a new manager to settle down at a club, and players to settle with him.Today they last for one year three months, but in 1992 it was three to four years in the least.Another problem facing clubs for sacking is they loose a lot of money simple paying comensation and ending a contract. Take Liverpool, they sacked afael Benitez , and paid him over 3 million pounds. They then brpoght in Roy Hodgson to replace him.And now soon he will be shown the door as well, at times like today it is hard money wasted.
Only Arsemal and Manchester United have long serving managers over 15 years.
Real Madrid also hire and fire coaches often. For example Raul Gonsalez the darling of Real Madrid spent 17 years there in that time 16 managers were there at Real Madrid.
One thing is clear that clubs that fail to score goals are at the bottom half of he table, and could be sucked into relegation.

DIRK KUYT WANTS TO LEAVE LIVERPOOL.

Dirk kuyt the Dutch footballer who plays his club football with Liverpool has asked to be sold to Inter Milan , the Italian giants for 13 million pounds. But the Liverpool coach Roy Hodgson is not at all listening to the transfer plea. He says that the Inter Milan president Massimo Morratti , and Rafael Benitez had signed an agreement that Rafael Benitez would not poach any Liverpool playerAs the Spaniard had been given a six million pound compensation, when he left Liverpool. Hodgson says that it has come very late in the transfer window, and Liverpool do not want the 13 million pounds, but we want the player Dirk Kuyt. And Liverpool do not want a player also o the move along with Javier Mascherano, who may be on his way to Barcelona.

But I would like to know as Roy Hodgson is reorted to try and poach Paul Konchensky from his old club Fulham. This is double standards Mr Roy Hodgson.
