VITOR BORBA FERRIERA.. OR RIVALDO.

Vitor Borba Ferriera or better known and loved in the football world as Rivaldo. He was born in Paulista in Brazil, in poor area and it can be seen , as he was undernourishrd ,it shows on his hair teeth ,and the cheeks are shrunk in. But this did not stop him fromentertaining the world with his football.
He was suposed to join Parma in Italy. But he joint DEPORT LA COURANA, in Spain.
He was then sold to Barcelona,for a sum of twentysix million dollars. He came to replace Ronaldo , who left for INTERMILAN.
At Barcelona he became famous for his free kicks, and his bicyle kicks. His best goals were a hat trick verses Valencia on the last day of 2001 season in 3-2 win the last goal was a majestic biycle kick in the 90 miute to take Barcelona into the U.E. F. A cup.
He has oftened been acused for playing better for the club , then for the country.
Once in ten days he played for Brazil vs Panama. Then Barcelona vs Poland . and finaly Brazil vs Urugay in a worlg cup qualifier match.
