The great Argentinan footballerALBERTO DI STEFANO was lovingly called by fans as SAETA RUBIA or The blond arrow due to the clour of his hair, which was blond in colour. He is one player who played for three countries, they were ARGENTINA, SPAIN and COLUMBIA. F.I.F.A did not recognise his matches for COLUMBIA.
AT club level he played for many years for REAL MADRID. Along with PUSKAS they won many SPANISH LA LIGA titles, as well as REAL MADRID won five U.E.F.A champion league titles all in a row, which is not surpased till now. He was the top goalscorer for REAL MADRIDtill RAUL GONSALVES broke his record. And his chamion league record was broken by RUDD VAN NISTELROOY.
Please note he had taken up SPANISH citizenship . He was considered by many as the greatest player of his time, but he never played in a single world cup, either for SPAIN or ARGENTINA.
