Robert Enke the former Sporting Lisbon, Barcelona and Hanover goalkeeper , who comitted suicide in a small town near Hanover while jumping under a train at a level crossing at the ahe of 32 years always had a fear that the second child he had adopted after the first daughter died of a heart ailment, would also die . This lead him to go into depressionand sadly he never got over it.
Robert Enke made a big mistake of only taking the medicene , but he should have got himself admitted in the hospital and taken full treatment.
Sadly this is the second case in which a German footballer has gone into depression. The president of the German football has made it clear everything will be done to make sure that no other footballer will take his life after going into a depression.
