In the match between Real Madrid verses Olympique Marseille. This was a match which the french team should have to win to progress to the group of 16. But sadly they never did their homework, even after Dider Deschamps told his team not to give away any silly free kicks, as Ronaldo was back in the Real team. They gave a silly free kick in the fifth minute of the game.Ronaldo scored a beautiful goal even though it was from over 30 meters. But Lucho scored for Marseille in the eleventh minute to give the french team some hope. But in the 60th minuteAlibol scored the second goal.Brando scored a goal hoping to equalize , but he was miles offside. Ronaldo scored his second goal in the 80th minuteand Real were on their way Deschamps looked a dejected man .So Real Madrid progress to the next round along with A.C. Milan.
