THE GLAZERS ARE IN A BIG MESS FINANCIALLY.

The American owners of the E.P.L team Manchester United are in big financial problem again. As the mortgage was not paid on time , the interest has risen from 14.25 percent to 16.25 percent.

Out of the 68 shopping malls owned by the Glazers, 9 malls are now closed.And there is a big fear that 29 more malls may close as well.As the rent is not covering the loan.

Manchester United are in a 716 million pound debt , all from borrowing by the Glazers to buy Manchester United in 2005.

The family other business is not doing well either.They own the N.F.L team The Tampa Bay Buccaneers, this to is in financial trouble. They admitted last week that for years they were buying tickets, that were not sold to abide by the N.F.L rules, if they did not buy it then the T.V. would block them out. But they will stop this practice now. But it has cost them hundreds and thousands of pounds.
