BLACKBURN ROVERS ARE SOLD FOR 23 MILLION POUNDS.

The English football club Blackburn Rovers has been brought by the Indian firm, called Venkey, they deal in poultry. This also becomes the first football club to be sold to a Indian. The owners of venkey, The Raos have paid 23 million pounds for 99.9 percent of the club.

The new owners have promised to honor the Jack walker Trust who owned it before them.

Blackburn Rovers is a small club , and does not have very big players in it. But Blackburn Rovers is the last small club to win the E.P.L , in the year 1995. It is always the top four who win it.Manchester United, Arsenal , Chelsea and Liverpool.
