It is a honest truth that the two big clubs manchester United and Chelsea are always favoured by the referees. penalties are not given, a yellow card is shown when it clearly should be a red card.
take the match on 14/11/2010. The mighty rich Chelsea and the big players played small club Sunderland. And the Chelsea deffender Ivanovic clearly brought down a Sunderland player. This should have been a red card straight according to F.I.F.A rules. But he was given a yellow card wrongly. F.I.F.A introduced this law as many players were wrongfully and perpously bringing down players, so robbing them of a goal scoring chance.
But the English F.A are shameless they will support the referee no matter how wrong he is, after all he is their employee . The F.A must wake up soon from their slumber.
No wonder club managers are asking for such referees to be demoted and only show the time and change of numbers. Tony Pulis, harry Redknapp, arsene Wenger have asked for their demotion.
