Lionel Messi the footballer of the year has been fined by the Spanish Football Federation, a sum of 2,000 Euros, or it could even be 3,000 Euros.

The reason for the fine was that Lionel Messi wore jersey under the Barcelona jersey.And it had the words Happy Birthday Mum, it was in Spanish.Even though it seems harmless but the law in Spain forbids any slogan or for the matter anything to be written below the Jersey.
