The U.E.F.A the governing body for football in Europe, have decided that both Chelsea and Manchester City will become the first clubs to fail in the new rules . As both these clubs are known for buying both costly as well as very good players for their club. Their weekly salary is equally high. And at the same time these two moneyed clubs have failed to sell their players to generate any funds.They depended on the two rich oil tycoons to pay the bill. Both these clubs have a unfair advantage over the other clubs in the E.P.L..
This year Manchester United were lucky, as their debt of over 870 million pounds was due to a loan taken by the Glazers to buy the club. But they want be lucky next year , as many are retiring at the end of the season,so no money coming in.
So even if they come in the top four this year, they want play in the Champion League for 2011-2012.
