The F.A is very keen to stamp out the pressure that is used by players and managers on the referees. We see it weekly these referees are making big blunders in their decisions, it is no secret Manchester and other big clubs are favored.

But the managers have complains against these referees , and when they ask the fourth referee he will always side with the referee . After all they are all payed and employed by the F.A..
