Chelsea have succeeded in their third bid , which was a record 2 million pounds for 14 year old .It will be paid this way 1.5 million pounds will be paid on the table with 500,000 pounds added on.
The 14 year old boy Oluwassey Ojo , who played for M.K.Donk.
