When Chelsea chose Andrea villas Boas a 34 year old as coach there was going to be some trouble as some players were older to him and did not see his training methods eye to eye with theirs.
It all started in truth with Chelsea loosing their Champion league game verses Bayern Leverkusen, and their two games verses Liverpool, one a E.P.L game and a Carling Cup.
According to the SUN the Chelsea coach picked on senior players and tore them to shreds and then the next one faced the same music.
Those picked were Nicklas Anelka and Alex, both have asked for a transfer in january.
