The E.P.l team Wolves have chosen the assistant coach to Mick McCarthy terry Conner's as coach .
He was chosen after several candidates for the job as coach were either rejected or withdrew from the race.
He also now becomes the only black manager of a E.P.L club for the year 2011 to 2012.
But my big question is as there has not been a shortage of black footballers , over the year in the E.P.L , why is there a shortage of coaches?
The only other black coach I can think of of is Chris Houghton, the former coach of Newcastle United.
