I fail to understand how ever did Harry Redknapp the Spurs manager opened a account in the French city of Monaco . The account was opened in the name of his dog., Rosie. It was opened in the name of Rosie ,47 that is the year he was born in 1947.
For example to open a account in any bank in India you will have to provide the following.
1) Two photographs.
2) A P.A.N CARD. PERMANENT ACCOUNT NUMBER.
3) Proof of residence.Like Electric Bill, Ration card,or Passport copy.
