RULES CHANGED IN THE E.P.L AFTER CECH INJURED.

The rules in the E.P.L have changed a great deal in the interest of the players health.And it all came after tragedy struck Petr Cech and Chelsea , in the year 2006.In that year Petr Cech the Chelsea goalkeeper had a very bad collusion wit the Reading player Richard Hunt.It resulted in Cech getting a skull fracture.
Jose Mourinho said a ambulance took 30 minutes to arrive. Now a ambulance must be there at each match and ready with full staff.
2)Each club must have their own doctors at the E.p.L game.
3)The doctor must be sitting on the bench with the coach.
4) Annual medical medical examination must be carried out on all players.
5) All home clubs must have available mandatory medical equipment as prescribed by the E.p.L.
6) At least two paramedics must be available to deal with emergencies.
7) All doctors must complete A.R.E.A Advanced Resuscitation and Emergency Aid.
If Fabrice Moumba pulls through it will be because of these new rules.
