Mike Riley has personally apologized to the Wigan Boss Roberto Martinez, for letting both the goals, scored by the Chelsea team to stand, as both Juan Matta and Ivonovic were clearly in a offside when they scored their goals leading to Wigans defeat.
Same old story , and is very disgusting by the F.A. Just by saying sorry will not give three points to Wigan Atletic.The F.A are shame;less thieves , favoring the big clubs like Manchester United and Chelsea.
I am now convinced that this has happened far to often to be a accident, I strongly believe The F.A is being paid by these two clubs.
