THIS TRANSFER E.P.L.CLUBS ARE BUYING THE SECOND TIER PLAYERS.

It is indeed funny and sad at the same time that the E.P.L clubs are buying unknown players for huge amounts mostly from the second tier. Not a big footballer like Gareth Bale or Cristiano Ronaldos class. Another thing to notice is that clubs like Manchester City spent thirty million pounds on the Brazilian Ferdinindho, when Manchester City did not even have a manager then, is it legal by F.A laws. After all the manager has the final word on who is brought or sold. Here we take the case of Arsenal and Real Madrid, Arsenal wanted to buy Gonzalo Higuain from Real Madrid, but as Real Madrid do not have a manager the transfer deal is halted till the new manager takes over. It is expected to be Carlo Anchelotti from P.S.G.
