IS THE E.P.L THE BEST LEAGUE IN THE WORLD.

 People claim that the E.P.L is the best  football league in the world. But I do not agree here at all..
It was good once upon a time not now. The Russian oil money, and the Arab oil money have now made the E.P.L a two horse race. Between  Chelsea and Manchester City..
 While in Italy  it is a race between Juventus, A.C.Milan and Inter Milan.
 In Spain it is always a two horse race  between Real Madrid and Barcelona..
 In France it is oil  money that is playing a big part, this year it will be between P.S.G and Monaco.
 Now we saw Radamel Falcao Garcia  was wanted by Chelsea but he chose Monaco .
 Edison Cavani was also wanted in England by Chelsea and Manchester City as he had a huge buy out clause of 55 million pounds. He eventually chose  P.S.G.
 In Germany it is a more balanced   with several teams like Bayern Munich, , bayern Leverkusan  and Borussia Dortmund. With all young players..
 Italy is no longer wanted by top footballers , mainly due to their many scandals, only Inter Milan have not been demoted because of a scandal..
 But why do footballers choose Germany, Spain  and now France? Let us be honest it is money, as footballers have a short career, they retire by the age of 35..
 England is not preferred because of the damp climate, and footballers play 50 percent tax on their  earnings, the best footballers prefer, Spain, germany, Italy and now France.
