MANCHESTER UNITED MAY LOOK ELSEWHERE, IF FABREGAS FAILS TO JOIN.

Manchester United are desperate to get a good midfielder, now that Paul Scholes has retire  for good, last year he came  out of retirement on the pleading of Ferguson. And now there is no Alex Ferguson at Manchester United.
The first bid by Manchester United for Cesc Fabregas was a poor 26 million pounds, they are now willing to  increase the amount to 31 million pounds at the most. And if this fails , then they said they will be forced to look elsewhere. for a midfielder. Wesley Sneijder also is not there now  to buy.
I fail to understand the English club, when both Cesc Fabregas has very clearly said  he does not want to leave Barcelona, and Barcelona said he will not be sold, then why make two small bids for him.
