The Italian club Fiorentina have flatly denied that they were ever interested in signing the Brazilian goalkeeper Julio Cesar , from Queen Park Rangers.
They say they never contacted the Brazilian for two main reasons he was 34 years old, and his weekly salary was very high.It was far to high for the club to pay, so they never went to get him in the end.
Besides he last played a game in the month of April..
But Julio Cesar should know as next year is the world cup in Brazil, he should have cut his salary , to get a good chance to play in the world cup.
