But injuries and the Real madrid managers saw to it that he was sitting on the bench .
And you can be sure that Gareth Bale will sooner or later end up warming the bench as well.. Real Madrid just do not care for how much the player has been brought for , or what he has won..
Here Kaka had won the Ballon D'or , equivalent to the old footballer of the year.. got for 65 million Eros, so they were paying him a very high weekly salary as well, just plain criminal waste of money, not allowing him to play .
But Kaka is such a gentleman he refuses to blame Jose Mourinho for all the time lost on the bench.
