Barcelona had taken a surprise poll on the popularity of how god Lionel Messi was as a player.
And the result shocked all the Barcelona fans and players alike, there was a two percent of these fans said Lionel Messi was not good enough.
Either these two percent do not know anything of football, or could have been Cristiano Ronaldo fans.
But let explain how good he is , Lionel Messi joined the Barcelona Academy called THE LA MASSIA , or the castle in the year 2000 at the tender age of 13 years.
He has played a total of 248 matches and has scored 220 goals. Under Pep Guardiola alone he has won 14 major trophies , and already won a trophy this year.He has already won the Ballon d Or four times the only player in history to do it, he could well win it again..
Only Ronaldo and Zinedine Zidane have won it three times in all..
Last year he broke Gerd Muller's record of the most goals by a player in a year.
Now I hope you all see why he is such a good player , mind you he is 24 years old only, by 28 when a footballer reaches his peak, we wonder what he will be like , where records stand.
