WHY DID REAL MADRID SELL MESUT OZIL'S?

Real Madrid's fans and players were shocked at the sale of a player of the class of Mesut Ozil's has he was considered a unique player  with his accurate passing to Cristiano Ronaldo o score the goals.

 So we must expect a big  sale as well to balance the books , Gonzalo Higuain was sold for over 31 million pounds.
