The RULE E. 3 states you can get five match ban for ethnic, colour or any race.
And as it happened in a match in the under 18 years in March 2013 he got only four match ban, if it happened this year he would have got five matches.
Arsenal and Arsene Wenger have a zero tolerance to this racial abuse, and come very hard on players. for racial abuse.
