REFEREE MARK CLATTENBURG IS AT IT AGAIN.

Referee Mark Clattenburg is in the news again for the wrong things. In the match between Everton and Southampton , Mark Clattenburg refused to give Southampton a penalty , after the ball hit the arm of Alcantara in the box.F.I,F.A rules clearly say a handball in the box is a penalty, but these rules did not apply here sadly. Southampton have written to the F.A stating to look into the matter of the referee abusing Adam Llalana Retired referee Mike Riley will look into the matter, and you can bet Mark Clattenburg will be given a clear chit. The reason is both Mark Clattenburg and Mike Riley are both employed by the F.A. so they will never be found guilty.
