The Liverpool fans were angered and burned the famous jersey number 8 of Liverpool, the one worn by Steven Gerrard.. But Steven Gerrard thought long and very hard indeed about the offer, and thankfully he decided to stay at Liverpool. Yes he has won less trophies at Liverpool but he is still loved at Liverpool.
