F.I.F.A SHOULD HAVE A BIG CHANGE.

1) The old man Sepp Blatter should go , take a young man instead with fresh uncorrupt ideas. 2) The standard of refereeing has to improve at world cups. 3) F.I.F.A must pay taxes to the host country.
