MANUEL NEUER GETS VERY LUCKY IN THE 2014 WORLD CUP. FINAL.
In the 2014 world cup final match between Argentina and Germany., played in Brazil.
Here the Argentineans got chances and kept missing them.
It was in the 57th minute that the German goalkeeper Manuel Neuer , who has reputation as very safe goalkeepr, with fantasic reflexes, and also playing as a sweeper.
In the 57th minute he did his keeper come sweeper role and got very, very lucky indeed.
And he clashed into the Argentinean striker Gonzalo Higuain inside the box. Now legally speaking in the F,I,F,A rules bringing the last man down should lead to a red card and a penalty, as it happened in the box.
But to the surprise of ever one the Italian referee Nicola Rizzol saw it as Gonzalo Higuain brought down Manuel Neuer, and he gave Germany a free kick instead.
Shame on F.I.F.A for appointing such bad referees in the world cup, the Japanese referee for the first game did not referee again in 2014world cup.
And in the 2010 world cup in South Africa seven refeees were sent packing home.
