Real Madris big idea of enlarging their famous stadium in Madrid called The Santiago Bernabeu, which is named after a former president of the club. It was all thrown into doubt. Afer a court in Madrid suspended the agreement between Real Madrid, the club and the Madrid goverment that is so crucial for this project. Actually Real Madrid and the Madrid council, which would have allowed land which is adjecent to the stadium be given to the club to extend it and ovrhaul the stadium. Now the overhaul of the famous stadium is suspended, the reason being the European commision is examining it forillegal stateaid, Real Madrid did notrespond for coment on the ruling.
