This year the number of clubs that are being investigated for breachin the FINANCIAL FAIR PLAY RULE , has increased in number, last year only Manchester City and P.S.G were pulled up and fined heavily. This year the number of clubs being investigated are A.S.Roma, Liverpool, Monaco, Inter Milanand P.S.G. When will these clubs learn?
