It is fact Arsenal are more careful when spending their money on players as well as on their weekly wages.. 1) Manchester United had spent 31,thirtyone million pounds on a defender , they got Luke Shaw from Southampton, mind you he was bought by Louis Van Gaal himself. He now says he is not worth it.And he has not played much.
