THE NEW NEYMAR JOINS ARSENAL, WITH A WORK PERMIT.

The new NEYMAR will play for Arsenal next season, his name is Wellinton Silva, and he is from Brazil, he is a very talented and tricky winger who really can score goals as well. He could not play for Arsenal , as he simply did not have a work permit to play. He then went to sunny Spain and plaid for Almeira, now he can very welll come to England and play club football for Arsenal. Arsenal fans can be in for a good season next year. Wellington Silva joined Arsenal from the Brazilian club Figueirensl for a small sum of 3.5 million pounds.
