GLEN JOHNSON REJECTS LIVERPOOL FOR A.S.ROMA.

Glen Johnson the Liverpool defender has flatly rejected a new contract at Liverpool, as his contract does expire at the end of the season. Liverpool wanted to make Glen Johnson take a huge pay cut in his new contract, it was a fifty percent wage cut. So Glen Johnson is now joining A.S.Roma in Italy along with Ashley Cole , who joined them last year, after all he is thirty years old now. At present Glen Johnson is getting a weekly salary of a 100,000 pounds, and Liverpool wanted to pay him just 50,000 pounds a week, just imagine that!
