SKERTEL WOUND WAS HELD BY STAPLES.
Martin Skertel the Slovakian defender who plays his club football with Liverpool. He is known to score own goals as well as score some crucial goals.
In the match between Arsenal and Liverpool the game stood at 2-1 in favour of Arsenal.
But in the second half the boot of the Arsenal striker Oliver Giroud got martin Skertel in the head and as he went for treatment, the wound was first tied with bandage, but it did not work, so a number of staples were used oon his head to stop the bleeding.
But due to this injury there was a extra time of nine minutes.
Martin Skertel had rejoined the game and scored the equalizer in the ninth minute of injury time, yes with a brave header.
The result was a cruel blow to Arsenal.
