The press have started stories that Lionel Messi will be leaving Barcelona for Chelsea, and sone even said Jose Mourinho had even met Jorge , the father and agent of Lionel Messi. They even said Chelsea were being willing to pay the buy out clause of 200 million pounds for Lionel Messi. What is laughable here is that F.C.Barcelona are banned from either buying or selling a player from January 2015 to January 2016. Chelsea abide by the FINANCIAL FAIR PLAY RULES, they sold David Luiz and others to get Diego Costa and Cesc Fabregas. To get Lionel Messi more than half the Chelsea players would be forced to be sold.A player costing two hundred million w, wil have a weekly salary of roughly 500,000 pounds . And Jose Mourinho has clearly said Chelsea can not afford to buy Lionel Messi.
