Th French midfielder Morgan Schhneiderlin has flatly rejected a move to Tottenham Hotspurs, but has decided to join Arsenal instead from Southampton for 21 million pounds. Arsene Wenger was very keen to buy him lasyt year but he had a major injury and the plan was postponed.
