From the year 1995 till today the English football clubs have gone and sacked a total of two hundred and fifteen managers. Some clubs use the higher and sack system, if the manager fails to win a trophy he is sacked straight away. The one who has stayed the longest time is Arsene Wenger at Arsenal, he joined in 1996. Even when he failed to win a trophy for nine years, Arsenal did not sack him.
