BARCELONA ARE FINED TWENTY THOUSAND POUNDS FOR A FAN SHOWING THE CATALAN FLAG..

The Spanish giants were fined a sum of twenty thousand pounds, 20,000 pounds. This fine comes afte the Champion League final match which was played between Barcelona and Juventus in Germany. Barcelona won 3-1. Now after the win a proud Barcelona fan, as we all know Catalan region of Spain are demanding a independent country, so after the match a proud Barcelona fan waved a Catalan flag. Now Barcelona fan broke rule number 16 of U.E.F.A rules , That clearly says, such items, objects,of political and religious , or hateful things can not be displayed. My question here are 1) Why should a club pay the fine when a individual has broken rule number 16.2) 2) Have U.E.F.A done the same thing to Glasgow rangers and Celtic, and their fans as Scotland to is demanding freedom . Actually rule number 16 interferes with our freedom of speech and actions .
